a.     DIR-2014-4533-DRB-SPP-SPPA (16650 W. Marquez Avenue) – FINAL DESIGN REVIEW for the installation of a 100.1 square foot awning with 4.1 square foot of sign on valance at an existing beauty salon.   (Applicant’s Representative: Jeanine Wilson)

 

b.     DIR-2014-4549-DRB-SPP (15239 W. La Cruz Drive) – FINAL DESIGN REVIEW (continued) for the exterior remodel of an existing,  4,187 square commercial building including the expansion of the roof height from 15 feet to 24 feet and maintaining two stories.  On January 28th, the project was approved in concept by the PPDRB, and the applicant instructed to return for review of the details of the proposed signs, sign program, newly finished walls, wall material, lighting, windows, landscaping materials and colors proposed for the exterior of the project at the next public meeting.   (Applicant: Elliot Zorensky, Urban Development Organization Real Estate)

*The DRB shall provide an opportunity in open meetings for the public to address on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter and jurisdiction of the DRB. Individual testimony within the public comment period shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person and up to ten (10) minutes per subject. However, the DRB chairperson has the discretion to modify the time allotted on each subject, to each speaker and the number of speakers per subject.
